Do you have a physical store? 

Yes! And we would love for you to come and visit! Our storefront is located just outside of Philadelphia! Our address is 2122 Darby Road Havertown PA, 19083

How long will it take for my order to ship? 

Our standard processing time is between 5-7 days, excluding weekends and holidays. In the event that we experience high volume orders please allow  up to 14 days for processing your handcrafted order. Once your order is processed you will receive a tracking number letting you know when your goodies are on the way! 

Are you products vegan? 

While most of our products are vegan, some do contain animal byproducts such as beeswax. Please be sure to read our product ingredients provided under each product listing. 

Can I exchange or return a product?

Due to the nature of our hand made products and sanitary purposes, we do not accept exchanges or returns. Please be sure to review our ingredient lists provided to insure you have no allergies to our product ingredients. All sales are final. However, we want to do our best in assisting you with any problems. If your product should arrived damaged please notify us within 24 hours. Please contact info@mysafragrancehaus.com with pictures, your first and last name, and your order number so we can help you right away.  

 

What if my package is lost or stolen?

We understand the frustration of a lost package. So Mysa Fragrance Haus has partnered with Route Package Protection to protect your orders and our small business! Package protection is automatically added to all orders at a small fee, and in the event that your package is lost or stolen, this insures your order can be replaced or refunded if needed at no additional cost. We are not responsible for lost or stolen orders who opt out of this option. What if my package is returned to sender?

If your package is returned to us because of an address error or any other reason we would love to get it back to you! We have a re-ship fee of $8 for the reprinting of a new shipping label.
