Body Shimmer

Hey Fran Hey sent me to this product! (: It’s the perfect amount of shimmer. I will buy again!

This product smells GREAT! No doubt about that. When I apply it to my skin, the scent stays on for the entire day. The only downside for me is that for the price, I expected this product to be a more of a body oil but it feels more watery. The shimmer is not really visible on my skin after application, so it defeats the purpose of it being a body shimmer. I would continue to buy the other products of this line, but unless the formula for this changes, it will just be a one-timer for me.

I’ve used A LOT of shimmers. I think I have about ten different bottles on my vanity. MFH Body shimmer tops them all. My biggest issue with different body shimmers is the transfer from my body to my clothes. I created a nighttime routine with body shimmer so that I can sparkle during the day without staining my clothes. I’m soooo happy that I no longer have to do that. MFH shimmer DOES NOT TRANSFER. Not sure what the girls are doing in the Mysa lab, but it’s magic baby & I’m hooked.

THE GOOD - the shimmer is subtle. Small flecks that make your skin look sunkissed. The s bottle is glass and a nice air.

THE NOT SO GOOD - I was expecting this to be like a shimmer body oil. It’s not. The liquid pretty much evaporates when applied to the skin. Also, there is a STRONG alcohol scent. To be fair, the alcohol smell goes away 5-10 minutes after application. Once that alcohol smell goes away the product actually smells quite nice.

Goodness that fragrance is life!!!! I recorded my 6 yr old granddaughter putting some on (cause she’s a lil fashionista) and her reaction. She as well as I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE the smell.
